Rhonda Hartmann Weinstein
Rhonda Hartmann Weinstein earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1985. She studied law at the Hofstra University School of Law in New York, and received her juris doctorate degree in 1989. After spending six years as an associate with a major personal injury litigation firm on Long Island, NY, Ms. Weinstein opened her own practice which she maintained for several years until her return to her home in Florida in 1997.
Ms. Weinstein was admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars in 1989, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1989, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1990, and the Florida Bar in 1996.
Ms. Weinstein's practice consisted primarily of personal injury litigation throughout her career; presently she represents flight attendants in ongoing litigation arising from lawsuits against the tobacco industry for illnesses resulting from secondhand smoke on aircrafts.
