Marvin Weinstein
Marvin Weinstein is recognized by his peers as one of the preeminent trial attorneys in the state of Florida.
In 1954, he graduated as an architectural engineer from the University of Miami. He then joined the United States Coast Guard and served for four years during the Korean conflict where he attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Subsequently, he returned to the University of Miami where he graduated from law school in 1961. In addition to his legal studies, he served as Municipal Judge for the City of Surfside in 1969 and was elected Mayor of Surfside in 1968 and 1970.
He is a member of The American Trial Lawyers Association, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and The American Arbitration Association among many others. He is currently honored with the highest rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell.
