Marilyn Arias

Marilyn Arias attended Nova Southern University-Shepard Board Law Center, where she received her Juris Doctor degree, December 1999, ranked in the top third of her law class and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000.

She attended Miami-Dade community college where she received an Associate of Science Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Program in April 1988. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology in April, 1992. Attended an internship program at the Metropolitan Correctional Center as an Intake Counselor. She has been licensed with the State of Florida as a private investigator since 1986.

Member of the Florida State Bar, 2000; Member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, 1999-2001; Member of the American Bar Association; Member Dade County Bar Association; Admitted, United States District Court, Southern District and Middle Districts.

She has been working in the legal field since 1984. Her background and experience include arbitration, private investigations, and commercial litigation matters. She now limits her practice to medical malpractice, personal injury and product liability cases.
